Installation Procedure

Connect the vent pipe (1) quick connect fitting to the fuel tank vent pipe (4). Refer to Quick Connect Fitting(s) Service (Plastic Collar) .

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Tighten the fuel fill pipe (2) clamp at the fuel tank fill pipe hose (3).
Tighten: Tighten the clamp to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

Install the EVAP line (2) to the bracket (3).
Install the fill pipe bracket bolt (4) to the underbody rail.
Tighten: Tighten the bolt to 13 N.m (115 lb in).
Lower the vehicle.

Install the fuel fill pipe screws to the fuel filler pocket.
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).
