Removal Procedure

IMPORTANT: Always maintain cleanliness when servicing fuel system components.

Remove the fuel sender assembly. Refer to Fuel Sender Assembly Replacement .

Disconnect the fuel level sensor electrical connector (1).

Push in the fuel level sensor retainer (1).

Slide the fuel level sensor (1) downward and off of the bucket.
