Installation Procedure

  1. Install the front exhaust foil heat shield (1).

    2. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  2. Install the front exhaust foil heat shield to body retaining bolts (2) and tighten to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
  3. Install the catalytic converter. Refer to Catalytic Converter Replacement - Left Side (V8)  or Catalytic Converter Replacement - Left Side (V6)  and Catalytic Converter Replacement - Right Side (V8)  or Catalytic Converter Replacement - Right Side (V6) .
  4. Lower the vehicle to the ground.
