Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Identifying Air Cleaner Duct To Intake Air Temperature (IAT)/Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor Retaining Clamp

  1. Install the air cleaner intake duct (4) to the engine.
    2. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  2. Tighten the air cleaner duct clamps.
  3. Install the air cleaner duct to throttle body retaining clamp (1) and tighten to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
  4. Install the air cleaner duct to air cleaner assembly clamp (3) and tighten to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
  5. Install the PCV hose (2) to the intake duct resonator.
