Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Identifying Intake Manifold Runner Control Solenoid To Manifold Retaining Bolts

  1. Install the intake manifold runner control solenoid (1) to the manifold.
    2. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  2. Install the intake manifold runner control solenoid to manifold retaining bolts (2) to intake manifold runner control solenoid and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
  3. Install the upper intake manifold. Refer to Lower Intake Manifold Replacement .
