Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: EVAP Canister Purge Valve Tube

  1. Remove the EVAP canister valve purge tube.
  2. Connect the EVAP purge tube to the intake manifold. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  3. Connect the EVAP canister purge tube to the purge valve. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  4. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement 
  5. Install the intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement .
