Electronic Control Unit (Ecu): Memories

The memory bank of the ECU is programed with specific information, that is used by the ECU during open loop (spark timing and fuel injection rate). This information is also used when a sensor or other component fails in the system, allowing the vehicle to be driven in for repairs.
