Knock/Charging Pressure Control
The knock/charging pressure system includes a self-monitoring system. If a defect has been found, the engine will operate on a safety system (basic turbo boast pressure up to about 4 psi overpressure and 6° later on timing.
Defect will read out only after a test drive without switching off the ignition. A defect stored in memory is erased when ignition is switched off.
