Reading Input & Output Signals

Some input and output signals can be checked using either code tester. To check input signals, operate accelerator pedal and A/C switch as described and check for LED to flash indicating correct operation. See the OUTPUT SIGNALS CODE IDENTIFICATION or INPUT SIGNALS CODE IDENTIFICATION .

⁽³⁾	Signal of a monitored component is not conforming with memory contents of DME control unit. Control unit recognizes a faulty signal exists, but it cannot always recognize cause of faulty signal.
