Modifying Coding

  1. Connect Porsche System Tester 2 to diagnostic socket. See Figure .
  2. Turn on System Tester 2. Allow about 1 minute for Tester to come on-line.
  3. Turn ignition on.
  4. Select vehicle type and start diagnosis by pressing the "2.14" button. Computer will list all control modules on vehicle and will list non-existent (example: Tiptronic module on a vehicle with manual transmission) in gray.
  5. Select "Park Assistant" control module.
  6. Select "Modify Coding" Menu.
  7. Select vehicle type and press F8 to confirm.
