A Mixed Installation  , e.g. "old" pressure sensor mat and "new" control unit, is Not Permitted  .

The padding, pressure sensor mat and occupant detection control unit are calibrated together by the manufacturer and must therefore only be replaced as a complete unit.

The occupant detection control unit does not  have to be coded.

  1. The pressure sensor mat is removed in reverse order to installation.
