Trouble Shooting
- Turn ignition on. On sedan, check voltage supply at fuses No. 14 and 7. On convertible, check fuses No. 7 and 5. Replace as necessary. Ensure voltage is present at power window console switch terminal No. 10 (Yellow/Gray wire) and No. 11 (Brown/Red wire). On convertible, also check terminal No. 16 (Yellow/Gray wire).
- Check for voltage while lowering windows. Voltage should be present at console switch terminals No. 18 (Gray/White wire - left front), No. 13 (Green wire - left rear), No. 6 (Green/Gray wire- right front) and No. 1 (Green/Yellow wire - right rear). On convertible, also check that voltage is present between control module terminals No. 11 (Green/Red wire) and No. 12 (Green wire), terminals No. 13 (Blue/White wire) and No. 14 (Green/Gray wire), terminals No. 15 (Blue/Green wire) and No. 16 (Green/Yellow wire), and terminals No. 18 (Black/White wire) and No. 19 (Gray/White wire).
- Check for voltage while raising windows. Voltage should be present at console switch terminals No. 19 (Black/White wire - left front), No. 14 (Green/Red wire - left rear), No. 7 (Blue/White wire - right front) and No. 2 (Blue/Green wire - right rear).
- Check rear door switches with a volt/ohmmeter. If windows in rear doors cannot be operated from door switches, check for voltage at on/off switch. Check all connections, wiring and grounds.
