To remove

Carry out actions before removing control module. See PROCEDURES BEFORE DISMANTLING CONTROL MODULE  .

1. Remove the luggage compartment LH side trim.
2. Remove the screws from the brackets.

   IMPORTANT: Take care when releasing the locking mechanism on the connector so as not to damage the connector. Pull the halves straight apart to avoid bending the pins. For further information regarding connectors, refer to CONNECTORS, HANDLING AND INSPECTION  .
3. Unplug the connector.

4. Remove the two CD player/changer retaining screws.
5. Lift the CD player/changer out of the bracket.
