The battery has a terminal voltage of 12V and a capacity of 70 Ah.

The battery is located on the left-hand side of the engine bay with its negative terminal connected to the body.

The battery is enclosed in a battery cover to reduce heating. An air duct allows air to pass from an opening in the car's spoiler. The air from the air duct passes through the battery cover and cools the battery.

The battery cannot be topped up with electrolyte. The electrolyte level is indicated in the window on the window, which turns white when the level is low. When the electrolyte level is sufficiently high, the battery window will be black.
