Removal Procedure

  1. Relieve the fuel system pressure. Refer to Fuel Pressure Relief Procedure .
    2. Fig 1: Identifying Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) Crossover Pipe

  2. Remove the fuel rail crossover pipe retaining clip screws (1) and retainer clips (2).
  3. Remove the crossover pipe (3) from the left and right hand fuel rails.
  4. Remove and discard the crossover fuel pipe O-rings (4).
