Preliminary Procedure  Remove the left side instrument panel lower trim panel insulator. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER TRIM PANEL INSULATOR REPLACEMENT - DRIVER SIDE . Perform Steering column lock, control module, programming and setting .
1	Steering Column Lock Control Module Fastener (Qty: 2) Refer to FASTENER CAUTION . Tighten  7 Nm (62 lb in)
2	Steering Column Lock Control Module Procedure  Disconnect any electrical connectors as needed.
