Circuit 153Y

This circuit connects the I/P splice pack connector cavity "C" to the chassis ground point "C". Circuit 153Y is Black 18 gage wire. This is a ground circuit for the I/P splice pack. Check for Opens/Shorts. Repair as needed. If this circuit is good, return to the possible cause list that sent you here and then check the next item.
