Code 95, Brake Switch Circuit Open: Notes

Signal from brake switch is shared by stoplights and ABS Control Module (ACM). If all stoplights are open, or if ground circuit is open, brake switch signal to ACM will be pulled high. Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) will be disabled and ANTI-LOCK warning light will come on.
