Information Flag Charts: Notes

NOTE: Several steps included in information flag charts require the use of scan tool. Scan tool must be used to obtain malfunction (MALF) history. If these steps are followed without the scan tool, false testing results may occur.

NOTE: For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION . For wiring diagrams, see WIRING DIAGRAMS . Perform VERIFICATION TEST VER-1A after each repair.

CAUTION: Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.
