Code 32, Code 33, Code 34 Or Code 35: Wheel Speed Circuit Fault: Notes

NOTE: To identify circuits and terminals referenced in text and flowcharts, see WIRING DIAGRAM .

ABS module continually monitors all wheel speed circuits. If wheel speed circuit is open, grounded or shorted to battery voltage, ABS module disables Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) and illuminates ABS light.

Code will set if wheel speed circuit is open, grounded or shorted to battery voltage. Code can set anytime after ignition switch is turned to RUN position. It is not necessary for vehicle to be moving.
