Speedometer Inaccurate

  1. Turn ignition on. Using scan tool, select "1.5 MPH/8KPH ()". Note speedometer position, then continue until test is completed.
  2. If speedometer is 0-4 MPH, system is okay. If speedometer is not 0-4 MPH, check all system connectors and wiring. If all circuits are okay, see INSTRUMENT CLUSTER RESISTANCE CHECK  .
