Installation Procedure

  1. Install seal on mirror assembly.
  2. If equipped with right side power mirror, connect electrical connector.
  3. Install mirror assembly to door. Install nuts and tighten.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the Outside Rear View Mirror Nuts 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  4. Install foam filler to door frame.
  5. Install mirror cable into trim panel and tighten set screw on manual mirror.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the Manual Mirror Cable-to-Trim Panel Set Screw to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

  6. Install trim panel to door frame.
