Code 47, Code 48, Code 51, Motor Circuit Current Low: Notes
NOTE:
To identify circuits and terminals referenced in text and flowcharts, see WIRING DIAGRAM
.
Piston should reach top of cylinder during initialization, resulting in stalled motor. If motor never stalls, ABS module senses low current on return circuit. This condition is most probably caused by stripped nut or gear assembly. ABS operation will be disabled and ABS light will illuminate.
Code will set if motor current is low and motor spins freely. This code can set only during initialization or at the end of an ABS stop.
