Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the mirror glass. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Glass Replacement (Power) .
  3. Remove the interior trim cover.
  4. Remove the foam filler.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the door harness. Remove the attaching screws.
  6. Unseat the harness grommet and remove the motor.
