WARNING: When battery is disconnected, vehicle computer and memory systems may lose memory data. Driveability problems may exist until computer systems have completed a relearn cycle. Before disconnecting battery, see COMPUTER RELEARN PROCEDURES article in GENERAL INFORMATION.
NOTE: For steering column and component removal and installation procedures, see appropriate STEERING COLUMN SWITCHES article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT. Removal and installation procedures for shift interlock components on vehicles equipped with floor shifter are not available.
