DEFINITION: Fuel ignites in intake manifold or in exhaust system.

Check:
^ Spark Plugs
^ Voltage output of ignition system using spark tester and jumper wires.
^ Compression - look for sticking or leaking valves
^ Valve timing
^ Intake manifold for correct vacuum at idle.
^ Low Fuel pressure
^ Fuel Injectors
