Preliminary Inspection

Before performing trouble shooting procedures, ensure circuit ground, wiring harness and fuses are okay. Also, ensure all circuit connections are clean and tight. Correct any obvious problems before continuing testing. If no problems are found, go to SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK  .
