Test A: Both Mirrors Do Not Operate
- Disconnect power mirror switch harness connector. Connect a test light between terminals No. 1 (Orabge wire) and No. 2 (Black wire) at power mirror switch harness connector. See Fig 1
. If test light is off, go to next step. If test light is on, check connections at power mirror switch connectors. If connections are good, replace power mirror switch. See POWER MIRROR SWITCH
under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
- Connect test light between ground and terminal No. 1 (Orange wire) at power mirror switch harness connector. If test light is off, repair open or short to ground in Orange wire between power mirror switch and BTSI/BCM MIRROR fuse (10-amp) in instrument panel fuse block. If test light is on, repair open in Black wire between mirror switch and ground. See WIRING DIAGRAMS
