DTC C0124: Valve Relay Circuit High

The ABS enable relay is located inside the ABS control module and provides shut-down capability in the event of a system failure. DTC will set if enable relay is stuck on when commanded off. ABS and Dynamic Rear Proportioning (DRP) will be fully functional. Replace ABS control module as necessary.
