Control Lever Boot Assembly (On-Vehicle): Installation

Place the boot on the shifter control assembly and clip the two plastic retainers in the front of the shifter control assembly.
Clip the boot assembly onto the plastic retainer in the rear of the shifter control assembly.
Install console. Refer to CONSOLE .
Enable SIR system. For 2000 models, see DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM . For 2001 models, see DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM . For 2002 models, see DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM .
