BTSI Solenoid

Check solenoid connector for open, spread or corroded terminals. Remove BTSI solenoid. Ground terminal "A" of BTSI solenoid and apply battery voltage to terminal "B". See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . When battery voltage is applied to BTSI solenoid, actuator rod should not be able to move. If actuator rod can move with battery voltage applied, replace BTSI solenoid.
