Code Enable Criteria

• Engine speed is 1250-2600 RPM.
• VSS is greater than 35 MPH.
• TP angle is zero percent (vehicle in decel).
• ECT is greater than 150°F (70°C).
• No CMP, CKP, EGR solenoid, 5-volt reference, IAC, IAT, MAP, misfire, PCM internal fault, TP sensor or VSS DTCs have been set.

DTC sets when PCM determines EGR flow to be restricted based on engine speed and barometric pressure using MAP sensor.
