BTSI Solenoid: Installation

Route BTSI solenoid wires through opening in control assembly. See Fig 2 . Insert wire terminals into connector body. Position solenoid to control assembly and install solenoid pop rivet with a rivet gun. See Fig 3 .
Install automatic transaxle control assembly. See CONTROL ASSEMBLY . Enable the SIR system. See AIR BAG DEACTIVATION PROCEDURES article in GENERAL INFORMATION.
