DTC Parameters

• Battery voltage between 7.5-15.0 volts.
• Engine is cranking.
• Condition exists for more than 250 microseconds.

DTC sets when fuel pump relay control feedback voltage at ECM is between 2.6-4.6 volts for more than 0.5 second, indicating an open circuit during the 250 microsecond test phase when fuel pump is commanded OFF.
