Starting System Diagnosis: Symptoms: Notes

Perform DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK - ENGINE ELECTRICAL  before using the Symptom List in order to verify that all of the following are true:

1. There are no DTCs set.
2. The control modules can communicate via the serial data link. Review the system descriptions and operations in order to familiarize yourself with the system functions. See DESCRIPTION & OPERATION  .
