- The minimum air temperature is more than 19°F (-7°C).
- Start-up ECT is less than 95°F (35°C).
- Engine run time is 30 seconds and 30 minutes.
- Vehicle has traveled more than 0.5 mile at more than 25 MPH.
- Calculated air flow is more than 20 g/s.
