Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Removing/Installing Power Steering Pump Pulley Bolts

Align the power steering pulley to the pump hub while loosely installing the pulley bolts.
Install the accessory drive belt.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Tighten the power steering pulley to pump bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls - 3.0L (L81).
