Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the fuel tank module. Refer to Fuel Tank Module Replacement (Long Wheel Base)  or Fuel Tank Module Replacement (Short Wheel Base) .
  2. Disconnect the fuel level sensor electrical connector (1) from under the cover.
  3. Gently lift up the retainer (2) and slide the sensor down off of the bucket.
