Air Conditioning Compressor Pulley Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the compressor. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the compressor clutch. Refer to Compressor Clutch Assembly Replacement (Service and Repair).




3. Remove the retaining ring (1) from belt pulley.
4. Pull off the compressor pulley (2).

Installation Procedure

1. Install the compressor pulley on the compressor housing.
2. Install the retaining ring in the groove in the compressor housing.
3. Install the compressor clutch. Refer to Compressor Clutch Assembly Replacement (Service and Repair).
4. Install the compressor. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement (Service and Repair).
