Installation Procedure

NOTE: Inspect the CMP sensor for damage. Replace as necessary.

Lubricate the CMP sensor O-ring seal with clean engine oil.
Install the CMP sensor. (Intake CMP shown, exhaust CMP similar)
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
Install the CMP sensor bolt and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (4) to the exhaust CMP sensor.
