Power Window Master Switch: Inspection

  1. INSPECT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY 
    1. Measure the resistance between each terminal of the connector when the switch is operated.

    Standard resistance: Driver switch

    If the result is not as specified, replace the master switch assembly.

  2. Apply battery voltage to the master switch terminals and check the AUTO light.

    OK : GO TO NEXT STEP

    Battery positive (+) --> Terminal 6 (B)
    Battery negative (-) --> Terminal 3 (E)    		 AUTO light illuminates

    If the result is not as specified, replace the master switch assembly
