Operation Check

1. Check that the passenger side power window and rear windows cannot be operated when the window lock switch of the power window regulator master switch is pressed.

   OK: Passenger side power window and rear window operation is disabled.

2. Check that the passenger side power window and rear windows can be operated when the window lock switch is pressed again.

   OK: Passenger side power window and rear windows can be operated. 

1. Check that the driver side power window operates as follows:

   OK 

   MANUAL UP/DOWN FUNCTION

2. Check that the passenger side power window operates as follows:

1. Check that all the power windows can be operated with the power window regulator master switch after the ignition switch has been turned OFF.
2. Check that the key-off operation function does not operate after the driver, passenger or rear side door is closed and opened.
3. Check that the driver door power window cannot be operated after more than approximately 43 seconds have elapsed since the ignition switch was turned OFF.

HINT:

PTC operation is a function that prevents overloading of the power window regulator by stopping the motor. PTC operation activates when the power window regulator switch is operated for a predetermined amount of time.

1. Pull up and hold the power window regulator switch for more than 90 seconds. Then release the switch.
2. Check that pressing the switch does not move the window.
3. Wait until 60 seconds have passed since the switch was released in the first step. Check that pressing the switch results in normal window movement.
