Steering Wheel: Installation
CAUTION:
Some of these service operations affect the SRS airbag system. Read the precautionary notices concerning the SRS airbag system before servicing (See
PRECAUTION
).
- INSTALL STEERING WHEEL LOWER BOSS COVER
- Engage the claw and install the steering wheel lower boss cover.
- Tighten the screw.

- INSTALL STEERING WHEEL (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL NO. 1 STEERING WHEEL ORNAMENT
- Engage the 2 claws and the pin.
- Install the steering pad switch LH with the screw.
- INSTALL STEERING PAD SWITCH
- INSTALL CRUISE CONTROL MAIN SWITCH
- INSTALL STEERING PAD
- CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
- INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
