Required Sensors/Components (Main) Thermostat, cooling system
Required Sensors/Components (Related) Engine coolant temperature sensor and mass air flow meter
Frequency of Operation Once per driving cycle
Duration 72 seconds. Engine start ECT is -8.33°C (17°F) or more
123 seconds. Engine start ECT is 19.44 to -8.33°C (67 to 17°F)
20 minutes Engine start ECT is less than 19.44°C (67°F)
MIL Operation 2 driving cycles
