Engine Control System (Service Information): ECM: Removal: Removal

REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY
Refer to REMOVAL
REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET
1. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the No. 1 air cleaner inlet.

REMOVE ECM
1. Pull up the lever to loosen the lock and disconnect the 2 connectors from the ECM.

2. Disengage the clamp and disconnect the wire harness from the ECU bracket.

3. Remove the 5 bolts and the ECM from the fan shroud.
  NOTE:
  If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace it.
REMOVE ECU BRACKET
1. Remove the 2 screws and the ECU bracket from the ECM.
