Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor: Removal: Removal

  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT  . Refer to REPLACEMENT - Step 1
  2. REMOVE ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR 
    1. Disconnect the connector of the engine coolant temperature sensor.

    2. Using a 19 mm deep socket wrench, remove the engine coolant temperature sensor and gasket from the cylinder head sub-assembly.

      *1 19 mm Deep Socket Wrench
      NOTE:

      If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace it.
