Integration Relay: Inspection: Inspection

  1. INSPECT NO. 1 INTEGRATION RELAY

    1. Inspect the EFI relay resistance.
      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance

        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1A-1 - 1B-4 Battery voltage not applied between 1B-2 - 1C-3 terminals 10 kΩ or higher
        1A-1 - 1B-10
        1A-1 - 1C-1
        1A-1 - 1E-1
        1A-1 - 1E-2
        1A-1 - 1E-5
        1A-1 - 1E-8
        1A-1 - 1F-10
        1A-1 - 1F-11
        1A-1 - 1F-12
        1A-1 - 1B-4 Battery voltage applied between 1B-2 - 1C-3 terminals Below 1 Ω
        1A-1 - 1B-10
        1A-1 - 1C-1
        1A-1 - 1E-1
        1A-1 - 1E-2
        1A-1 - 1E-5
        1A-1 - 1E-8
        1A-1 - 1F-10
        1A-1 - 1F-11
        1A-1 - 1F-12

        If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 integration relay.

    2. Inspect the C/OPN relay resistance.
      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance

        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1D-8 - 1B-4 Battery voltage not applied between 1B-9 - 1E-4 terminals 10 kΩ or higher
        1D-8 - 1B-10
        1D-8 - 1C-1
        1D-8 - 1E-1
        1D-8 - 1E-2
        1D-8 - 1E-5
        1D-8 - 1E-8
        1D-8 - 1F-10
        1D-8 - 1F-11
        1D-8 - 1F-12
        1D-8 - 1B-4 Battery voltage applied between 1B-9 - 1E-4 terminals Below 1 Ω
        1D-8 - 1B-10
        1D-8 - 1C-1
        1D-8 - 1E-1
        1D-8 - 1E-2
        1D-8 - 1E-5
        1D-8 - 1E-8
        1D-8 - 1F-10
        1D-8 - 1F-11
        1D-8 - 1F-12

        If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 integration relay.

    3. Inspect the IG2 relay resistance.
      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance

        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1A-1 - 1B-6 Battery voltage not applied between 1D-11 - 1C-3 terminals 10 kΩ or higher
        1A-1 - 1B-7
        1A-1 - 1D-10
        1A-1 - 1E-4
        1A-1 - 1B-6 Battery voltage applied between 1D-11 - 1C-3 terminals Below 1 Ω
        1A-1 - 1B-7
        1A-1 - 1D-10
        1A-1 - 1E-4

        If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 integration relay.
