Crank Angle Sensor

Located inside the distributor, the crank angle sensor is a basic RPM signal sensor for the ECU. It monitors engine speed and piston position. It sends an electrical signal to the ECU for control of fuel injection, ignition timing, idle speed and fuel pump operation.
