Idle COMPENSATOR: Justy

Remove top of air cleaner. With engine running, apply a source of heated air to warm up idle compensator. Ensure idle compensator opens and idle speeds up. Allow idle compensator to cool (should close). If idle compensator does not test as described, replace.
