Power Circuits (Ignition Off)

Turn ignition off. Using DVOM, check for battery voltage between control unit power terminals and ground. Refer to the CONTROL UNIT POWER TERMINAL IDENTIFICATION  table. If battery voltage is not present, check fuse or fusible link. If fuse or fusible link is okay, check for an open in wire between fuse/fusible link and control unit.
